30ml Peach Schnapps, 20ml Vodka, 100ml Cranberry Juice, 50ml Orange Juice
Sugar Rim High Ball Glass. Fill with ice to the top, add peach schnapps and vodka, top with cranberry juice and float orange juice. Garnish with a lime wheel and orange slice

French Martini @ 3.20
45 Ml Vodka, 7ml Chambord, 45ml Pineapple Juice. Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a martini glass

90ml Bourbon, 30ml Lemon Juice, 30ml Orange Juice, 10ml Grenadine. Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake over ice and strain into a martini glass

Bacardi Cocktail @ $4.20
60ml Bacardi Rum, 20ml Lime Juice, 15ml Grenadine. Add all ingredients to a shaker, Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass. Add a fresh twist of lime to garnish

Woo Woo @ $3.30
30ml Vodka, 15ml Peach Schnapps, 100ml Cranberry Juice. Fill High Ball glass to the top with ice. Add vodka and peach schnapps, fill with cranberry and garnish with a fresh twist of lime and wedge

Pollyanna @ $4.40
3 Slices Orange, Pineapple Pieces, 60ml Gin, 15ml Sweet Vermouth, ½ tsp grenadine. Muddle fruit in shaker. Add remaining ingredients including grenadine and shake over ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with fresh pineapple leaf

Hula Hula @ $3.50
45ml Gin, 20ml Orange Juice, ¼ tsp caster sugar. Shake and strain all ingredients into a martini glass

Negroni @ $4.50
20ml Gin, 20ml Campari, 20ml dry vermouth. Add ice to old fashioned glass. Pour over all ingredients and then top with Soda. Garnish with a lemon & lime twist

Catalina Margarita @ $5.20
45ml tequila, 30ml blue curacao, 30ml peach schnapps, 12ml sour mix. Place all ingredients into shaker, shake once and strain over ice into a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime twist

Tequila Sunrise @ $4.70
60ml Tequila, Orange Juice & Grenadine. Pour Tequila and OJ into a shaker. Stir and strain over ice into an old fashioned glass, filled with ice. Layer Grenadine over top. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge

Shady Lady @ $4.00
30ml tequila, 30ml midori, 100ml grapefruit juice. Pour all ingredients into high ball glass filled with ice. Put lime & lemon wedge to garnish

Tigerlily Martini @ $4.50
30ml Sloe Berry Vodka, 15ml Strawberry Liqueur, 50ml Grapefruit Juice, fresh passion fruit pulp, fresh lime juice. Place all ingredients into a shaker, add fresh lime wedges, shake and strain over ice into a chilled martini glass. Divine!
